Counter-Notification Process

If you believe content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice. Include:

Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
Identification of the removed content and its original location (URL).
A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from error or misidentification.
Consent to the jurisdiction of your local Federal District Court (or, if outside the U.S., the appropriate judicial body).
Your physical/electronic signature.

Upon receipt, we will forward the counter-notice to the original claimant. The removed content may be reinstated within 10–14 business days unless the claimant seeks a court order.
